Empieza la temporada Magic-Wood-tiense para los no-amantes del frío polar ártico!

Buenas temperaturas y un poco de lluvia amenizaron esta nueva aventura por el valle de Averstal. Un finde más con apretones “de la muerte” y encadenes “mortíferos”!

Acompanados gratamente por Isma y Miriam (sorpresón) y también por el team italiano (es que aquí nadie trabaja?? De albarracín a Suiza, pasando por Fontainebleau.. vamos coincidiendo este ano..) hemos acabado de asentar el pensamiento: Magic mola.

Good temperatures and a little rain for this new adventure in Averstal Valley. One more weekend full of  "tries of death" and "deadly sendings"!
Pleasantly accompanied by Isma and Miriam (super surprise!) and also by the Italian team (is that nobody works?? From albarracín to Switzerland via Fontainebleau ..everywhere this year..) we accorded that: Magic is cool!

Por mi parte, sigo con el 3: 3 pedazo de boulders de 7, liniotes, estilazos y apretones! Un viernes pasado por agua no nos bajó la motivación y dejó paso a un sábado muy bueno: frío, viento y poca roca mojada (increíble). Así que ante la desesperación de Isma y Miguel, casi encadeno Chikita 7a al primer pegue. Es un bloque INHUMANO y quería repetirlo (vocecita y mirada en las nubes), así que me tiré del último paso para darle un segundo pegue de encadene ( si es que no tienen ni idea de cómo se hacen las cosas.. no comments.) Blocón como pocos, vaya disfrute de escalada, qué inhumano! Muy muy recomendable! Por supuesto, Isma y Miguel se lo plancharon rápido delante de dos novias babositas.. qué elegancia! Miguel hizo también la versión 7b, para después dar una lección de “cómo hacer el canelón?”. De arriba del bloque no encontró mejor manera para bajar que deslizarse como si tuviera un patinete hasta hacer trampolín en un árbol y bajar como un bombero por su tronco... Cómo Bi enamorada de Mi, sólo decir que verlo volar sin control hacia una piedra puntiaguda no fue de lo mejor que me ha pasado en la vida, aunque encontrara un árbol a mitad de camino y parase la caída...  siempre es una sorpresa conocer de nuevo el valor que puede tener una persona para otra.. aix Miguel... Allí mismo los machos alfa, aniquilaron King Kong 7a+ otro blocón que queda para la próxima visita, igual que Enterprise 7a, un clásico que me dejó un poco decepcionada. El método que sacó Isma, utiliza mucha “adherencia cuerpil” y aunque es muy bueno no encuentro bonita la escalada... ya veremos, pero no queda como proyecto donde ir a morir. Otro vecino, Marihuana Corner 7a+, queda para el futuro, cuando tenga cabeza para hacer el mantel (dios, qué miedo!)

For my part, I continue with the number 3:  3 7's boulders, super lines, super estiles and good tries! Friday was rainning all day, but we got the motivation hight and Saturday was very good: cold, windy and wet rock (amazing). So to the despair of Isma and Miguel, I nearly sended Chikita 7a on Flash but I jump on the top.... It is a inhuman boulder and I wanted to repeat the line... so I sended it in the second go (no comments.) Super boulder! Very highly recommended! 

Of course, Isma and Miguel quickly sended it .. what elegance! Miguel did also the version 7b, and than he wanted to give us a lesson about  "how to do the cannelloni?". From the top of the boulder found no better way to go down to slide as if a scooter and make trampoline in a tree and go down like a fireman by its trunk ... just say watch him flying out of control to a pointed stone was not the best thing that ever happened in my life, but he found a tree halfway... aix Miguel ... Right there alpha males, sended King Kong 7a + other left for the next visit, like Enterprise 7a, a classic that left me a little disappointed. Right now I'm not very motivated to return, I took Isma method, uses a lot of "body friction " and don't feel that climbing is beautiful ... we'll see, but for now not in mind. Another neighbor, Marijuana Corner 7a +, is for the future, when my head will be able to stand the mantel (God, how scary!)

Por la tarde, mientras Miguel aniquilaba Swizz Beats 7c+, yo me fundí Schrotti 7b, otro blocón, que engloba todo aquello que puedas encontrar en un bloque. Primera parte, debajo del techo (el inicio no es donde están las flechas dibujadas, sino 4 pasos más abajo, “abrazando” el cubo que cuelga en el interior de la cuevecita) con un super apretón, sacas manos a las romas, es una secuencia muy física pero bonita; después llegan unos pasos dinámicos, hasta coger una pinza grandota, para llegar al segundo tramo duro, de regle lateral para saltar a una pinza en izquierda. Una vez hecho este tramo, regletitas, y cazos de salida... BRUTAL! Isma se hizo con la variante de derecha, otro que voy a apretar la siguiente visita, sin duda!

In the afternoon, while Miguel killed Swizz Beats 7c+ , I crush Schrotti 7b. First part, below the roof (the start is not where the arrows are drawn, but 4 steps below, "hugging" the bucket that hangs inside the small cave) with a super body tension, you get out to the sloppy holds, it is very physical but nice sequence, then get some dynamic steps, to catch a big pinch, and starts the second hard part, side crimp to jump to a pinch on the left. Once this section, little crimps, and good holds to top out ... BRUTAL!INHUMAN! Isma took the right variant, one that I will try next visit, no doubt!

Domingo, amanecimos con sol, pero pronto llegó la lluvia. Aun así no nos impidió dar pegones y encontrar proyectos para el futuro. Calentando en los Bosnas, me hice con Bosna Genial 7a, otro clásico en pocos pegues ( ésa piedra pide apretones cada vez que te adentras en el bosque!!) y al lado, Miguel encadenó también fácilmente Höhenzone 7c. Volví a probar Höhenrausch, y me quedé muy contenta, el segundo paso ya sale bien, a sí que ahora solo queda probar el mantel cuando no esté mojado y darle un pegón entero, es un bloque muy muy bonito, de dinámicos al inicio y regletitas al final con un mantel sirenita. Bastante distinto es Dropzone 7a, linea de la izquierda, que no había probado aún y me ha parecido duro y largo. Mucho trabajo para la siguiente visita! A TOPE!!!

Sunday, we woke up with the sun, but soon came the rain. Still not stop us from try hard and find projects for the future. Warming up in Bosnas, I did Bosnia genial 7a, another classic in a few tries (that stone calls whenever you go into the woods!) And on the next rock, Miguel also easily chained Höhenzone 7c. I went back to try Höhenrausch, and I was very happy, the second step goes well (was my problem), so next time, when it will have the mantle dry i will try all the line! very very nice boulder, with dynamic beginning and crimps at the end with mantle. Quite different is Dropzone 7a, line on the left, I had not tried and I founded it long and hard. A lot of work for the next visit!

Han sido unos días geniales a pesar de la lluvia, ganas de volver para tachar y encontrar nuevos liniotes!! MAGIC ESTÁ ON FIRE!!

Have been a great days despite the rain, eager to return to crush the projects and find new lines! MAGIC IS ON FIRE!

PS: Estimada Marieta, referent al post " Tufa: Apocalipsis Now " explicar-te (amb les millors intensions i sempre buscant trensmetre la part positiva de les coses compartides) que els meus millors encadenes han esdevingut acompanyada "de mi regla"... Jo li dic Pepa, com es diu la teva? Aquest cap de setmana, com acostuma a passar, nous encadenes molt ben acompanyada (la Pepa i jo fem bon equip, jo apreto i ella encadena, així ho hem acordat). Estreno lletra als boscos suissos (7b)... Fent una reflexió... serà que ajuda en "els pegues bloqueros"? T'animes a passar "al lado oscuro" la propera "pepa-time"?? Ptons d'hormones y energia positiva per el següent període, DONA!
